Malloy Templates — License Agreement

1. Permitted Uses

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use any downloaded asset in one end product per project.

1.1 Client Work

• Create videos for paying clients
• Deliver final rendered output to client
• Charge for services

1.2 Modifications

• Alter text, colors, timing, layout, assets, or logic
• Integrate into your editing workflow

1.3 Multi-Platform Publishing

Final videos may be published on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, ads, newsletters, and corporate content.

1.4 Paid Advertising

Use in ads, promotional campaigns, and monetized content is permitted.

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Resale Restriction

You cannot sell templates as standalone products, upload them to other marketplaces, or share, repackage, or distribute the template files (source code, project files, JSON, JS, TSX, assets) to others.

2.2 Competing Products

You cannot use the assets to create competing marketplaces, template packs, subscription libraries, preset packs, overlay packs, or tools that provide access to the underlying structure.

2.3 AI Training

You cannot use templates to train AI models, generators, or automated systems.

3. Ownership

Malloy and its creators retain full ownership of all templates and assets. Users receive usage rights only as outlined in this agreement.

4. Liability

Templates are provided “as-is.” Malloy disclaims responsibility for disputes, revenue loss, incompatibility, or errors resulting from user modifications.

5. Termination

Breach of these terms revokes your license. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all editable source files.
