Eligibility
Applicability: This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") applies exclusively to customers who have subscribed to the Professional tier of our software services ("Professional Customers").
Performance Benchmark: Professional Customers are eligible for the Guarantee if they do not experience a minimum of a 20% increase in channel views within 30 days following the initial purchase of the Malloy Labs software.
Claim Period: Eligible Professional Customers must exercise their option for a refund before the end of the 30-day period ("Claim Period"). Requests for refunds made after the expiration of the Claim Period will not be honoured. The Claim Period commences upon purchase of the full subscription, not the free trial.
Process
Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, Professional Customers must contact support@malloy.sg and provide evidence of the software usage and channel view statistics before and after the 30-day period.
Verification: Malloy Labs reserves the right to verify the validity of the claim and may require additional documentation or data to confirm the customer's eligibility.
Refund Issuance: Upon successful validation of the claim, Malloy Labs will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable time frame.
Exclusions
Misuse and Non-Compliance: This Guarantee does not apply to issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with the recommended software usage guidelines.
Technical Issues Beyond Control: Malloy Labs is not responsible for refunds where the failure to meet the 20% increase in channel views is due to technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures or hardware malfunctions.
Non-Professional Customers: Customers who are not subscribed to the Professional tier are not eligible for this Guarantee.
General Terms
Limitation of Liability: This Guarantee is limited to the refund of the subscription fee paid for the initial 30-day period and does not cover any consequential losses or damages.
Amendments: Malloy Labs reserves the right to amend the terms of this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: This Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Malloy Labs operates.
Acceptance: Use of Malloy Labs software by Professional Customers constitutes acceptance of this Guarantee and its terms.
